NoParking ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by LBLOGIC SOLUTIONS OPC PVT LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the NoParking mobile app and website (noparkingapp.com).
Location Data

Location data is processed on your device and through Google Maps. We do not store your precise location on our servers.
Community Zone Data
When you mark a parking zone, the zone's geographic coordinates, type, and any area name or notes you provide are stored in our database. All zone submissions are fully anonymous — we do not collect, request, or store any contributor name or other personal identifier.
Usage Statistics
We do not track individual visitor counts or session-level analytics. Any technical logs generated by standard web server operation (such as error logs) are used only for maintaining service reliability and are not linked to any individual.
This app uses the Google Maps API for map rendering and location services. Google's privacy policy applies to all map data: policies.google.com/privacy
Zone data contributed by users (geographic coordinates, zone type, and any area name or notes provided) is visible to all app users, as community sharing is the core purpose of this service. This zone data is anonymous and contains no personal identifiers. The zone data may in future be shared with navigation platforms, urban planning bodies, or research organisations, for purposes that improve parking infrastructure and awareness. Any such use will continue to involve only anonymous zone data, never personal information.
Zone data is retained as long as it remains accurate and useful to the community. Spam or incorrect zones are removed by our admin team.
Because all zone submissions are fully anonymous, we have no way to identify or attribute a specific submission to a specific person. As a result, we are unable to process individual deletion requests for zone data. If you believe a specific zone is spam, incorrect, or inappropriate, please report it to hello@noparkingapp.com and our admin team will review it for removal.
NoParking is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our app, please contact us at hello@noparkingapp.com and we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, input sanitisation, and rate limiting to protect the integrity of our service. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
The parking zone information available on NoParking is contributed by community users and is intended for general guidance only. While we strive to keep it helpful and up to date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any zone information.
Please verify local signage and traffic regulations before parking. NoParkingApp and LBLOGIC SOLUTIONS OPC PVT LTD shall not be liable for any fines, towing charges, penalties, or any other consequences incurred as a result of relying on information provided in this app.
